Build muscle and strength with a lift and push training and you can avoid
over-stressing your body parts. Power lift and Push training enables you
to train longer and burn fats faster than a race horse.
ROPE & CHAIN – RC
Whether you’re climbing them up, jumping over them, or throwing
them around, training with ropes and chain helps tighten and tone
nearly every muscle in your body. RC can improve your coordination
and reaction time by fine-tuning the way messages travel between
your muscles and your brain.
SPEED & STRENGTH – SS
Increases your speed, strength and stamina with this workout. SS helps
build a leaner body allowing you to move more swiftly and works great
for your self-confidence.
STEP-UP & SQUAT – SUS
Doing this not only compresses the living daylights out of your lower
back/lumbar spine, but it lengthens some of the major areas on the
backside of the body – namely the glutes and hamstrings.
