Must I be fit to join FFC?
People with all fitness levels are welcome at FFC. However, if you have never exercised before, done swimming or running a couple of miles, then it’s best to get your physician’s advice before, to rule out any heart or respiratory problems.

How is FFC different?
Each group session will see a maximum of 20 members being trained by an international instructor & assistants at no extra cost. Is past experience needed?
No. All you need is the will to get fit and healthy. Once you join in, the enthusiasm will flow from your class mates, trainers, and the coach.

A pair of shorts and a t-shirt is all you need to get started. FFC is a footwear free zone!
